I am still here... I just got pre-occupied with a growing family and a long hours job... the family situation will just keep growing - however I'm hopefully resolving the job situation shortly so possibility I might appear a bit more.
Excuse the hastily scanned photos - I have had to reinstall all my Photo software and cant remember how to use either Elements or Vuescan... let alone spend time removing dust etc
Anyway - these were shot on Impossible film on a 680 SLR
Ada - the brand new rice
Emmy - the OG rice child
and finally the Family

Congratulations Damion :) Clear to see that your girls got their looks from mum ;)
Lovely photos, BTW. Good to see that TiP film is starting to produce half-decent results. Hope the work situation is resolved to your satisfaction. I have never been a parent but, everyone I know who has kids is invariably and significantly stretched, time wise.

ha! Thanks
I think we are all agreed they are lucky for Moms genes. Although they do both have a little chin which, as my niece once wrote in her homework, is very much from me!
yeah between the family and 6 hours of commuting a day I have little time left for much else. All being well that 6 hours will hopefully drop to 1.5 / 2 a day so will be great!

6 hours??!! I thought I was up against it with 1:45 each way :o You won't know what to do with all the extra time - aside from sleep......

A big congrats to you and especially your wife :)
And also glad to see you popping in!
I sure hope you get to shorten that train ride... This would definitely be a killer for me as I can't sleep on a commuter train...

Congratulations. Beautiful family recorded beautfully on instant film....love it!!!
-
nice seeing you on the radar. and congrats on the growth of the family :)
oh, and happy less commuting!
-
Many congrats on the burgeoning family. Judging from Ada's pic it looks like you have a couple of ready at hand models ;D
-
Congrats on the baby and the older one as well!
-
Always glad to see you pop in! Lovely family! I'm glad that IP has gotten it together enough to allow you to take that beautiful third shot!
-
Congrats! Nice pics of a beautiful family
-
Thanks all!
On a more technical note I'm starting to like the IP film more, it does seem to be getting better and I also got one of the frog tongue things that fixes to the camera which makes a real difference. It still isn't as good as pola film and has some unexpected results in strong sunlight, but its a real step in the right direction.

Just the better colors is already a big step.

Good to see you again and with a beautiful family!
