Wow, that is a cramped darkroom for someone who works there on a daily basis. I would feel quite claustrophobic in there.

Cramped, but at least already set up. In a small apartment with a 5X7 foot bathroom I have to set up with a board on the sink for the enlarger, board across the tub for the trays, paper sits on the toilet seat, and then unscrew the four white light  bulbs on the top of the medicine cabinet. (I have to leave the light switch on, it also powers the electric plug in the wall.)

Then, just as I am opening a box of paper the missus says; "Honey, I have to go to the bathroom"

I saw years ago in an old Popular Mechanics encyclopedia the plans for a special lab cart that was pure genius. It contained everything you need for a lab and all you had to do is push it in the room to start working. If you want the plans, I can post it here.

Here are the pages. There aren't any measurements but it gives you a good idea of how it's built.
If I were to build one, I would be tempted to do some modifications to make it faster to set-up. Maybe leave the enlarger on top and put the rest of the gear in the case... or something like that.

I think I might have other plans elsewhere...

Thank you very much! I'm hoping to have space for a darkroom in the next house I live in and I'm collecting as much info about building dark rooms as I can.

Here is mine...
This is my 3rd darkroom and largest! My previous set ups were in bathrooms and laundry rooms.
