Well this is my first post on FW with pictures.
I was getting frustrated with not being able to get out and shoot so decided to post some previous work. Still dealing with the "hip challenges" mentioned in my introductory post on November 28th.
The image quality is sub-optimal both because my dark room work leaves a lot to be desired but also because these are scans from 8x10 prints done with a simple 3 in 1 HP printer scanner.
Taken this past April and developed this summer.

Hi Frank, looking at your flickr stream I can feel that your aspiration is quite high, you will soon improve your scanning routine. But more important is that you are satisfied with your prints.
The Eiffel tower is shot at least a trizillion times from this promenade and your picture is among the best imho. And still could benefit from carefully rectifying the verticals. A strong composition that deserves any effort.

I like them! Especially the first and the last shot.

I also like them all but the last is my favourite, i shot some Tmax100 @ 400 by mistake and stand developed it in rodinal and it came out wonderful

thank you for the very supportive comments

I like them all, the artist is my favourite, it really says 'Paris' to me. I've never been happy with any of my photos of sculptures, yours works very well.

I better not show this to my better half as she would probably why I didn't take good shots like these while we were in paris!
in case you didn't notice, that was a compliment ;) kudos on some great shots in a classic style

thanks for the nice comments Jonas
regarding the issue of traveling with wives and shooting
I make a point of trying to carve out some personal "walk about time" with a camera
otherwise I never get shots I am satisfied with
that's how these were taken
