He took an unexposed piece of film from a IP film pack, put it into a 4x5 filmholder (in the dark), exposed it in his view camera, then put it back into an empty film pack (again in the dark), loaded that into his SX-70 - which promptly spat it out (through the rollers) thinking it was the cover sheet to a fresh pack of film. This last step caused it to be developed.

Well, I'm so glad that someone else did this. I have a friend who did a similar thing with a home-made pinhole. The results were interesting.
I love a bit of instant, but . . . .
I'm wondering if he was trying to avoid some household chores or something!

While I appreciate those who have the patience to fiddle around with things like that, I personally wouldn't do it.
It reminds me in some way of Heather's cuckoo prints using Instax film in Polaroid cameras.
