I saw this on petapixel this morning. It certainly made me want to figure out a way to build one...

-
What kind of back is that though?

-
				excellent!

-
And what kind of lens would you need?

-
Awesome, and I'm not being hyperbolic about that!

Ok, so it's a weekend's work, if you've not made belows before I expect...but what fun if you've got a spare polaroid back and lens.

Chris, to me it looks like a polaroid back, perhaps from a large format camera, and a large format lense like from a Speed Graphic or something...
-
looks like many minutes! that is just a basic film back, probably one designed for a camera with the mount removed. and then a large format lens...

-
Probably something like a Polaroid CB-103 back. They sell on eBay from $30-$50. You sometimes find them attached to things like oscilloscopes and other instruments. From the text I saw it seems like he got a lens from an old folding camera. Chances are that something in the 100mm range would cover the image size of the Fuji FP-100C/3000B.

I saw this earler too and added to another thread. You wouldnt even need a proper back, you could cit down a cheap instant 30 or something, or any rigid Polaroid camera... Inspiring though!
