Title: Sale of 120 Fuji Provia 100F
Post by: Chalky on June 27, 2012, 01:05:15 PM
Hi all,
If I have read this correctly this is for 10 rolls of Fuji Provia 100F at £13 - £1.30 each!

http://www.7dayshop.com/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=777_1&products_id=113892 (http://www.7dayshop.com/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=777_1&products_id=113892)

See the bottom of the page, it says "fill your fridge time..."

Apologies if I have misread this, but it can't be £13 for a single roll so I guess it must be right?
Cheers,
Matt

it says "single roll" in the title, so my guess is that it is £13 for a single roll :(

Well, a while back there was a guy selling Gold for 10$ a roll in a local classifieds site... sadly it was only the one bade by Kodak...
Somehow, I think he was selling it by the ounce!

but a NEW Provia "5 Pack" costs £15.99
http://www.7dayshop.com/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=777_1&products_id=113414 (http://www.7dayshop.com/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=777_1&products_id=113414)

I don't think the expired one is much more expensive....

It's a mistake I'm certain as they're also selling Velvia 100 for £9.99 for 5 rolls http://www.7dayshop.com/catalog/product_info.php?products_id=113729 (http://www.7dayshop.com/catalog/product_info.php?products_id=113729)

Might drop them a line to find out

I really hope it is 10 rolls as I bought some (or possibly one!) when I first saw it...

if we don't find out soon I'll report back when it turns up.

if it is only one roll I'll question them about the text at the bottom of the page, but you have to 'agree' to your order so if it is only one roll I guess it'll be the most expensive one I've ever bought!

I read it as 10 rolls too, the image shows two five packs and says:
BARGAIN 10 PACK DATED MAY 31/5/12 - WILL BE ABSOLUTELY FINE STORED IN A DARK, COOL PLACE - EXTREMELY LTD STOCK!

So I'm guessing 1 (quantity) 10 pack of 120
I noticed in their main listing all the 5 packs said 'single roll' too as did the single roll 135.
You might like to know that Fuji has deleted all single roll 120 packs and now only makes 5 pack 120 (I was told this by a Fuji rep over a year ago)
Nothing stopping them splitting a pack though..
If it is a single roll then it's out of date film nearly as much as a fresh 5 pack....
