I'm frequently shooting cameras or lenses with the older 1/5, 1/10, 1/25, 1/50, 1/100, 1/200, 1/400, 1/800; etc. I have a few old ones with both like weston  master V and sekonic/brockway studio s. but my eyes are bad reading and calculating such tiny print. Are there any modern electronic (LED/LCD) light meters with both old and new shutter speed settings?

I have a sekonic l358, it allows metering atbthese speeds, butits pretty pricy, around $350aud

Best to go to a shop and try it out for yourself, I bought it a while back for my old Mamiya 645 (had no light meter) but i found the L-358 overkill when i started using it. I felt like i was using a Ferrari to to pick up Milk from the local 7/11. Here is a link to the manual if your interested...

they have some smaller models, that are cheaper and simpler, you might like them better, but check them out in person.

I never worry too much about it and just use the closest new speed as even on a serviced, tickety boo shutter the speeds can be off by this kind of margin. Maybe I'm just sloppy though...

What DS says is true, shutter speed ISO standards apparently allow for 0.5 times in either direction meaning 1 second can be 0.5second or 1.5seconds or something like that unless i'm confused. It's wot the camera repair shop said to me anyway (and says to most people coming in asking about their shutter speeds).

I use the closest value as well, and usually i'm not too concerned with slower films, but faster or pushed films...

A lot of meter manuals only list a range of speeds and not the actual speed selection.

I use an app called pocket light meter on my ipod which has full,half and third stops and includes all of the speeds you've mentioned.I dont have a meter so I dont want to carry an slr with me all the time.It works for me ,but I have low standards.

The sekonic L308S supports 0.3, 0.5 full stop increments which I coincidentally learned this evening by watching this video.
