I found german data sheet that indicated 15 minutes in Rodinal at 20C but it had no dilution details...Have you boys and girls seen this film before?

I think this is Ilford SFX, still made by Harman - its based on HP5+ but with an extended red sensitivity. Nice film. Gives a nice faux IR effect if you use a semi opaque deep red filter and is good used without filters too (first 2 with filter, last one without):
-
Leon,do i develop it as if it were Ilford SFX?
-
if that is what it is - and it really sounds like that is exactly what it is - then give it a try and tell us how you get on :)

I just checked the Maco site and they're films for Police radar cameras...
The Google translate told me that The MACO TS EAGLE traffic monitoring film manufactured as AGFA APX 400 TS and packaged as MACO TS EAGLE.

Aha - I stand corrected. The SFX was developed for traffic speed cameras too, so I suspect they'll be very similar.
-
Quite possible. Only the APX is for the 400-800 iso range (they say on the site).
They also say it's fine grain for people identification... weird.
-
I knew it was for speed cameras and such...thats why the company is getting rid o fit. In Australia most of our rip-the-population-off traffic cameras are digital. I contacted the supplier, hopefully they wil give me some details! I have not received the film yet, but im hoping there is dev instructions on the box

If anyone is interested I received a proper data sheet for this film with its specs and dev times:
