I've been working through the different expired films from my giant pile-o-film. The color film that expired in the eighties does some amazing color shifts. Some samples:
certo-phot - fujicolor cn120 (1985)
great wall df-3 - kodak kodacolor vr-g 100 (1989)
welta flektar - kodak kodacolor vr100 (1987)
empire scout - orwo (1980s)

The mottled color really works for these.
And I really like the blues.

I LOVE that last one, it's beautiful, the colour shift works really well.

I found it interesting how the different films shift towards different colors. The Fuji and Orwo shifted blue while the Kodak shifted more red.

The Orwo was very variable across the roll, but some of that was due to the toy camera and the different light it was shot in. I'm going to run a roll of it through a non-toy cam to see how well it does.

Wow, Orwo should definitely come back in business.

Considering how some of the shots on the 20 year old film look, I would definitely love to see what it looked like fresh.

Nice set. Together the similar subject, the colors, all work nicely. Thanks for posting.
