Not big on self promotion, but some might find this interesting (and speaking of blur)...I put a Polaroid back on a Great Wall camera. More on my blog:

It works fine, but I'm not completely happy with it and will probably try again at some point.

Incredible! I especially like the picture of the dog. I cant even begin to understand the images I saw on your blog but I sure like the results.

oh you went do work on that great wall~ always fond of your destroy and rebuild posts :)
and I have to say, it sure gave some interesting lightleaks.
hm.. seems my thirst for a great wall isn't as intense since I got my tlr, but I'd still love one!

Great work as always, Sean.

Somehow, I'm starting to feel like I have some competition :)

modifying a great wall - that's a given. ripping apart and modifying a Rollei - that's sacrilegious ;-)
-
at least the film plane on the rollei is closer to the back of the camera and not an inch in like the great wall. anything is possible! the gears on the sides are the biggest worry if you need to cut into. and rolleicords are seriously complicated inside. i took one apart once to try and fix it and it was beyond me...too many tiny springs.
