Four of us gathered around the 8x10 to make portraits of each other on Tri-X. I contact printed the negatives then scanned the prints. For some reason, I thought that the scanner would do a better job of reproducing the prints--as opposed to scanning the negatives. Unfortunately, the scans are noticeably less sharp than the prints. This may have been because I reduced them to 4x5 when I scanned them. In any case, here they are.

Blaxton - I think they're great. It's obviously difficult to tell the quality via the interweb, but they look pretty good from here.
I particularly like the pictures of you with--and-without hair, a neat trick!

KEep them coming - a great series in the making!

Thanks for the encouragement, all.

Great stuff. It's good to get together and do this type of thing; really keeps the enthusiasm levels high. Good on ya.
p.s.
Next time I might be inclined to lose the chair as it sort of jumps out and adds a bit of noise.

Thanks Ed. Now that you mention it, the chair does seem a bit distracting.
