Almost as heavy as a 600 SE equipped for 6x7 use... See ya! Skj.

Been shooting with one of these since late July - fabulous lens on it !! You'll often hear mention of it's weight, but I've found it no less heavy than many MF cameras including the bronica and Kiev 60.
The main quirk is frame spacing so a nice, quick and even pull is critical.
Some examples from my Koni-omega can be found in another thread here.

That really is a beauty! It sort of has the look of two cameras stuck together.

a couple of samples of what that sweet Hexanon lens can do !

great camera ! the pictures are amazing !

a lot of folks will say Konica's 3.5 Hexanon lens on this camera is as good as or better than a Summicron. It may be the case but that's getting a bit too technical for me.
I just know it has lovely characteristics and superb DOF. Later models had both interchangeable lenses and backs as well. The model in Skorj's photos os the Koni-Omega Rapid, which is what I have. The interchangeability started with the Rapid M model.
For the price these can be found for (100 - 400 USD) it's the best 6x7 in it's price range and possibly for any under 800 USD. And the good news is all inclement weather will do is make it so you need to wipe the lens off before shooting ! I like that.

Lovely results indeed! Thanks for posting. Too many cameras, not enough time! Skj.
