some great stuff there - really strong and punchy. I particularly like "Jenny" and the man with the goggles on.

wow, an amazing set! My favourite has to be begoggled chemist, You feel you almost know him just by looking at that picture.
Also the little boy green struck a a chord, im guessing thats what they refer to as "negative space", works really well.
love it!

Thanks everybody, the kind words are greatly appreciated!

Congrats Warren! You da man! A really strong series of portraits here. My favorite, of course, is Begoggled Chemist. Just has that wry subversive humor that I always look for in a shot. Keep 'em comin', bro...

Warren dear, you know how much I love your one portrait with man and beast, don't you....it's killer and it's my favorite. Blessed indeed you are. Glad to see your work in the gallery...

Stunning work Warren. My fav is 'Disguised'. :)
Some of the images have a great diffused look going on. How did you do that then?
-
What a great gallery! I love your self portrait, subtle humour is a difficult thing to pull off but this works so brilliantly. I also love Little Boy Green and Jenny. They're all wonderful. Thanks

I have great admiration for the people who were able to pick out a favourite. When I asked myself that question I inevitably came back with the answer, "Erm... most of 'em!"
Very nice work indeed, Warren.
Diametrically opposed to the sort of stuff I do, and I think my stuff is the worse for that.

Thanks again everyone!
Dave- I apply a slight 30% diffusion layer that creates the same effect as pantyhose over an enlarger lens. Currently I don't have my darkroom setup (waiting to move to get that back up and running) so I have to cheat and do it in PS for now.
Again, thanks a million for the kind words.

Well done work! Whilst difficult, I have to go with origami swan as my fav. The texture and peacefulness of the pose are lovely. Kudos :)
