I had one many years ago - fantastic lens, ultra quiet, brilliant viewfinder. Consumer camera design really has only gone downhill since the seventies!

i just bought a QL17 two days ago. after reading your blog im assured its a good camera. now i just have to wait untill it gets mailed to me.
