Quincy and mushrooms in color. Rolleiflex Automat with Kodak Portra 160. I need to use Portra 160 more often, really liking it.

Love those mushroom shots! Are those the kind that can get you 🤪😵? or do you go straight to 💀?

From what I read about them you trip out then croak.

Well, at least they have pretty colors...

That's a lovely photo of Quincy.
A late Halloween shot for me this week, from an early morning walk with the 501CM and Kodak Gold 200. I'm not particularly fond of the colors produced by this emulsion in general, but the lighting conditions for this exposure worked out well. Two rolls down, three to go, then back to Portra.

I went out one grey morning this week with an ISO 80 film, it's really on the limit at this time of the year. I started shooting at f1.4 and 1/30s and ended up with f2.8 as the morning progressed. I've only used this lens once before, it's ok but it needs to be stopped down a little.

Thanks Earl. That looks like it could be Quincy's bones, except dogs don't have ear bones.

Bryan, the fly agaric is hallucinogenic and non-toxic if prepared correctly, but I'm not sure who I would trust to prepare it correctly.
These are from a tour we took of the Ilan-Lael Foundation site. It was built by Jim Hubble and his family as their family home in the mountains outside San Diego. Learn more here (https://ilanlaelfoundation.org/ (https://ilanlaelfoundation.org/)). Taken with the Bronica S2a and the Nikkor 50/2.8 on Harman Phoenix 200, dev'd in DIY C41.

Makes you wonder how they figured out the correct way to prepare it.

You know what they say ... all mushrooms are edible. Some, only once 😁

Probably the same way they figured out how to prepare Fugu...
One thing's for sure, I wouldn't do the lineup to go to that restaurant!

I leave town for three weeks and miss the fun gi!
My offering is a shot from a three dollar camera from the 5 Below chain of junk stores.
I used nice film, Arista 400 and it still needed some tweaking to get it to look decent in post op.
Seagulls...gotta love em or hate them...but they are big time fun to photograph...depending on your view of fun.

Gulls can be funny, they're always so stuck-up.
But when they consider that you're eating their food, then that's a whole other story.

That's a great shot Becky!!

Great photo! I love using
junktoy cameras.
