I've never been one for shooting expired film, but I have a couple of bricks of Agfa APX100 which expired 12/2014. It's been refrigerated all that time.

Do I need to make any adjustments?

If it's been in the fridge all the time there's no need to do any adjustments. I've shot old type Agfa APX films that has been 20 years overdue without any adjustment, they're just fine.
