Sssooooooooo I might as well start it off with this, taken during the week
with red filter and not exposed properly then I kind of messed up the development
with the Caffenol-C  ??? :-[ >:( I was running late to pick herself up from work !

aoluain: Whatever  :D It's still a wonderful image. Great start to the 'weakend' thread.

Here are my two from last weekend. Both taken with the Land Cam 360 and 125i film. The one of Amy is a goop scan, converted to b/w in P'shop.

I really don't see this as a "weakened" thread - it's just as strong as ever... ;)

Aoluain, that is a fine composite. Beautiful in every way.

Hookstrapped, that 50mm lens seems to be working just fine - and long may it continue to do so...

Ed, Ducks - sweet, especially with Hoi Sin sauce. Love the icy blue hue to the shot.

Gregor, spooky candles indeed. Very moody and beautiful tones.

Here's a couple from me - from my holiday up to Scotland. The first is a view of the Cuillins under cloud taken from the bridge at Sligachan. The second is facing out over Loch Harport with the Talisker Distillery at my back. It's a miracle this one is in focus....

As Suzi said a great start to the weekend!

aoluain - the imperfections add to what is a fab piece

hookstrapped - beautiful images of a very elegant model

Ed - two very different but evocative images

gregor - you've just inspired me to get out with my expired 665 sometime soon!

Mmmhh, Mr. Hookstrapped, it seems that you are enjoying your camera and new model  >:( Damn, the mamiya 6 must be a nice camera! Love those hues, and also de B&W ones! Great, I have also done pictures to a friend of mine. Her house was not too appealing, so we shot at her balcony, which was reeeally small. 9 with the Pentax 67 and 4 Polas. First and last one bleached polas... The first one I shot underexposed, two steps below as I think this is when bleached polas look the best.

Hookstrapped and Carlos - beautiful models... (you lucky...)

Also, very nice shots.

Carlos, I just love the color of her brown eyes, very nice.

Hookstrapped, nice red chair shot.

Ed, love those ducks. They must be wondering what the heck happened to the pond :)

Stunners!!!

Aoluain - good golly, perfection in the imperfections! It's so fantastical!

Hookstrapped, that first one is my fave!

Ed - sweet little waddle walkers and such gorgeous blue, ding'd up ice!

Gregor - I love how they both have qualities of collodion!!  Does that just come from the way they were rinsed?

Calbisu - the first one with the curled under toes :)

aoluain, this is a great image! Now that I'm getting into landscape photography I kick myself for selling the Fuji GW690. Just imagine stitching some of those negatives ... :/

Mostly food shots from me. As always Minolta X-300, 50mm f/1.4, Fuji Pro 400H.

hookstrapped - IDUV is a type of polaroid film that was manufactured for photo IDs.  It's got a printed security pattern that randomly has the word Polaroid across the image when exposed to ultraviolet light.  (Actually you can kinda see if when you hold the film up to light at certain angles).  It's one of the lesser expensive polaroid films because of this :)

random side note: I've been in the midst of removing 5 layers of paint from my banister and refinishing (though taking a break for the holidays)- so it's still partially wrapped and taped in the picture.

I was going through old negatives today and found a sleeve of holga shots from japan last year that i must have put aside for later and then forgot about! So I scanned a couple today. Most were too dark.

Wow. Everything here is great (as usual)!

Some recent stuff from me I've just had the time to upload (my computer has been getting fixed for a month & I've just got it back). Nothing I'm too happy with- haven't been shooting enough since moving to sunny Yorkshire. I remember taking every one of these shots and they're not quite the way I saw them at the time

I suspected that my Ikonta wasn't working properly when pieces started falling off.  This accidental multiple exposure shows why I probably won't use the camera again.  It's too bad.  The convenience of a folding medium format camera is hard to beat.  At least I like the last photo(s) made with it.

Anyone know a good Ikonta repair tech in the US?

Suzanne, that last one... a beauty
Andrea, Yes, agree, wonderful portrait.
WArden, great comp there.

Two more from my side... yes. All that I could not shoot during my first month and a half in the Philippines I am shooting now!! We went to little tokio in Manila. Not really like a chinatown, just few restaurants togehter, but sill it was nice to be there. I asked some japanese gentleman to pose for me and he was patient enough to do so..  ;D Did I say that I love my pentax 67 but it´s kinda of heavy? I am sure I already said it  ::) Trying not to look much at the mamiya 6, but Mr. Hookstrapped is not helping much at it...  ;)

Love both of those pics.

I used to have a Pentax 6x7, with a 55mm lens, and I loved that camera.... except for its weight.  I think the 55mm lens alone was heavier than my Mamiya 6 with its 50mm.  And the Mamiya is so quiet and vibration-free.

Or take some Tri-X and expose it at EI1600 and process in either T-Max or HC-110... That'll get you chunky grain for sure!
