Well, it's a flugelhorn, obviously, but I can't tell the make and model without an obverse, relatively closeup (or detailed) shot. Well captured!

It's a Couesnon from approximately the mid-80's, maybe as early as the late 70's (there's very little information on Couesnons, the factory in a small village in France was destroyed in a fire that took with it all records of their serial numbers and how they correlated to year of manufacture). There are websites dedicated to collecting serial numbers and word-of-mouth stories as to when they were purchased new, but even then, it seems that Couesnon did not serialize sequentially, probably deliberately to confuse us
