Fake wood... definitely 70's. Would look perfect in one of those awful "burnt orange" kitchens.

Don't know what the lens is like on it though...

who's worried about glass when you've got fake wood panelling??? The more I look at it, the more I can feel my sideburns, moustache and chest hair growing, my trouser-ankles and shirt collars expanding, the heels on my slip-on croc-skin loafers stacking up, my PC sensibilities falling away one by one -   The intro to the theme to "Shaft" is playing in the background - I'm there!

I was thinking more of the very retro Ford Ranchero

The convenience of a truck with all the comfort of a car... all bundled into a gloriously designed vehicle!

Just imagine the joys of Space Age Wrinkle Resistant Polyester Leisure Suits, 8-track cassettes, big gold pendants, guys with a perm, Tom Jones singing "She's a lady" on the airwaves... and chatting with the guys over the C.B. radio... not considering the famous CB radio talk! Smokey and the Bandit at the Drive-In... Ahhh... memories.

Francois...

I have always dreamed of owning a Ranchero.  Or maybe an early El Camino.  Beautiful, fragile, stylish, supple, tough, arrogant, sexy, brash, confused, tangy and more!
My chopstick is really a love poem.

...don't you just hate it when people ramble on about themselves all the time.

 ;) :D

Leon: Lovely camera indeed. I could see it being wielded by a 50-something, slinky-leather-driving gloves-wearing, Leyland Princess owner...possibly sporting a military 'tache.
