Went over to Sweden with my fellow photo-club members from work. Me being the sole filmwaster. Shot 3-4 rolls of 120, so more shots will be added once I get them developed and scanned.
Over a 1000 cars lying about in fields and woods. Evidently the council has been trying to get permission to forcibly having them all removed and crushed, but they have now been there for so long any non-healthy fluids have long since taken leave of the vehicles. Now quite an attraction, we even met pin-up models spread out over rusty old bonnets, flashes ablaze, on several occasions.
Pentacon Six, MIR 38B 65mm f3.5, Portra 400 developed at home in a Tetenal Colortec kit.

Can't wait to see them ... ;)

some great shots here, ezzie!
I'll be sure to let my old photo club know about this too :)

It is a awesome place for photography, I was there about two years ago and planning to head over again during a different time of the year! :-)
-
See now that this should have been under the Essays sub-section. Oooh well. Hope to scan another roll tonight.

Great shots - I especially like the Volvo - even though that model was well before my time, you still see them on the road in South Africa

Thank you. Yes, the PV as we call them up here, the 444 and 544. There were loads of them on the roads. You see the odd one now and then, especially in their native Sweden. The Duett model (PV445 and 545, van and panel vans) are getting to be expensive collectors objects. Here's one of the Norwegian postal service vans from the 50's
