Wayne Martin Belger's cameras--wow.
« on: August 20, 2007, 05:34:16 PM »
I recently read about Wayne Martin Belger in B&W.
His cameras are amazing and put my ugly homemade cameras to shame.

In honor of Wayne,I think I'm going to collect Blue's hair lying about, glue it on one of my homemaders and call it Woof.  :)

I read that too, and have seen his stuff online.
Some of the cameras are crazy bad creative.

All works of art!

Always loved strange cameras!

Most of them remind me of the mailbox on the haunted mansion of so many horror flicks.
A bit like the Klopek's house in The Burbs :)

I loved them! My boss said he sells them ( for LOTS of money) with the disclaimer that if he needs them for a project you have to temporarily surrender the camera so he can use it.  I did not see the prices on the website though but very very cool.

Hey Laura!
The article in B&W said his cameras start at 8,000 USD!  :o
And the article specified exactly what you said--that he will only sell the camera with the understanding that he gets it back if he wants to use it for a project.   :)

And he's not bad on the eyes either. I seen the article. Good stuff. One of the pictures shown with the little girl in the bedroom is glorious. I beleive someone once made comment to his cameras and work here before. We should send him a invitation to come on board. That didn't sound right...

Stuffed cabbage leaves! With bratkartoffeln! I think it's lunchtime...

And hi to Wayne too.  You'll find this a great place to talk about photography as well as Teutonic comestibles!
