i was a big fan of fortepan 100. seems forte is discontinuing all film and paper. bummer...

Forte 400 from 7dayshop at ?1 a roll a couple of years back was an amazing film, the chunkiest grain in Rodinal you will find, worked really on still life subjects.

yeah i guess it's "old technology"... basically like using film from the 1950s.

they were producing until just this year. i've read that arista is the same, but it's not...even the color of the plastic is different. plus arista is still available... bergger is repackaged forte, though, so i guess no more of that, unless they make a deal with someone else.

I liked this film, but have to say that the only size I ever used it was 127. 

Does anyone make 127 anymore, then?  Because I still have some cameras that could be fed with the stuff.

The papers were wonderful though.  I'll have to say that.  Reminds me that I need to see where I've stashed my last box.
