Very good find!

My very first camera was a Yashica too. Good little cameras. A joy to focus since they had the incredibly good idea to put the ground glass prism at an a 45° angle (as compared to my old Nikon on which they put it horizontally).

And at 8$, it's a steal!

Way to go tkmedia! Those things are built like rocks and $8 is quite a bargain for something that'll last several decades more.

Great find and an even better price!

My first 35mm SLR was a present for my 13th birthday in 1974. It was an Edixamat with a waist-level finder and, I think, a 50mm f2 or f2.8 lens. I can't remember where it went and the negs / trannies I took with it are also long gone - but I might just see if I can find one, for old times sake....

I've got one. Never really liked it. PM me if you're interested.
