Indeed! Thanks for reminding me to post about this momentous occasion on FW. I believe I have a copy on its way across The Pond, but I'll be buying a copy or two for others as gifts, so I'm really pleased you love it. Obviously, the work was always going to be good, but it's great to hear that the whole thing is a quality package.

I noticed the publisher Charta sells it direct from Milan - http://www.chartaartbooks.it/index.php?page=shop.product_details&category_id=16&flypage=charta_flypage&product_id=919&option=com_virtuemart&Itemid=42&lang=en_US - might be less shipping for us in Europe? It won't be a signed copy though, you have to order those direct from Susan's website.

William, standard shipping overseas if purchasing from my website is around 25.95 USD I think? Tried to keep it as cheap as possible... Domestic is 6.50 shipping.

Yes, the publisher Charta in Italy has unsigned trade editions. No idea what they charge for shipping. Amazon.com & Photo Eye, etc should will have trade editions in October - later due to the distribution schedule.

The only place to get signed copies or book/print sets is my website. Some of my galleries have signed copies also. Hope that helps. Thanks everyone!

Mine landed yesterday morning. Huzzah!

I can confirm that the quality of said merch is indeed extremely high and would agree that it's on a par with the best photo books I own (most of which were recommended to me by La Blurstine, so I guess it's apt). The prints look absolutely gorgeous and I really like the way it's been laid out with one photo per double page and all different combos of white and black framing (or not) and facing pages. Clever.

Wow! On so many levels. To start, seeing so much new work, as well familiar, on the page like that is tremendous. The print quality too is excellent, making it so much nicer too. I want them to be bigger still though!

As well as my favorite of yours - Crossing the Bridge - I can also proudly claim to have been standing next to you as you shot the magic In Passage.

It's great that your publisher is allowing you to market them directly through your website. I've heard from lots of photographers who have had bad experiences with commercial publishers (which is why so many who can turn to self-publishing.)

Goth--That was part of my deal. Had nothing to do with the publisher being nice, it's just part of their sales plan.... I got a certain amount of books which I'm allowed to sell directly via my website and galleries--this helps off-set the immense cost of creating the book on my side. The publisher has a corner on all bookstores, amazon.com, photo-eye and museum stores. Not a lot of publishers have this model, which is one reason why I went with Charta over other companies who offered a deal. Cheers, Susan

Mine arrived yesterday and I collected today. Yup it's true what is being said....it's amazing. Aside from the photography the paper is incredible. It took me a good 20 mins to get it out of my mothers hands also.
