Another good looking collaboration. I found this one really tough and I'm still not sure that I can justify my submission.
There are some interesting interpretations in there, I really like Becky R's 'Yin Yang seals'.

Brilliant - some great stuff there everyone.  My favourtie is Aline's portrait - pug and headbrace, 2 things I never thought i'd see together in the same frame.

Excellent gallery and astonishingly good work from all. Wish I hadn't been so swamped. Was meaning to add something to this but life gets in the way when you're making other plans...

Another dynomite gallery indeed...though I wish more would have participated. Fine captures from everyone and their take on the theme. Groo-vay. Sometimes I think me and Susan were born from the same litter....of course, me being the runt. I used my Diana Deluxe this time around with a rather frisky negative scan. Great stuff from all. Looking forward to the next one...

Small, yet intimate gallery of excellent stuff. Glad to be a part of it.
I'd like to know what cameras were used by the shooters.

Mine was done with a Holga lens held in front of my Pentax K1000.

Really proud to have been a part of this one. I also REALLY like the explanations feature as I felt this was missing from the first collabs gallery. I think the photos come alive with a bit of comment from the artist...no matter how cryptic some of them are. Thanks so much to everyone who submitted something...heck, thanks to those of you who wanted to but couldn't get the time etc.

We'll be running another one of these soon and this time it'll be open to all so get ready for a fiesta of collaborative-osity-ness-ness.

Mine was taken with a really shitty Zenit SLR given to me by a friend (in fact my first ever SLR). I stuck a modified lens on the front with tape for some choice blur.

Very nice gallery! I agree with Ed, having the words to go along with the photos really makes it more interesting. I love to know what the photographer was thinking. Great work again guys/gals :)

Ive been a bad filmwaster of late. Short of shooting a new Polaroid film disposable camera and figuring out how to reload it with B&W film, I havent been wasting much film at all :(  Going to push myself to get out shooting and get out of this funk!

I thought you said, you weren't so good at perspiration. I was about to give you some lessons in the....kitchen. Har har.

Dammit Gary...get on the ball! Oops.  :)

You know, I must have scanned this negative for the collab 900 times and still wasn't satisfied with it. So I just closed my eyes and picked one then. I usually don't have difficulties with the Deluxe. I dunno. I did it again today and thought this one might have suited me better. Maybe not...ah well. Terrific job to all again...

Shucks! I tried to be as cryptic as possible. Some great work! Good fun reading the comments, and thinking about the work. This one (comment included) was a bit of a stretch for me. Made me think though. Which, I guess is what it is about.

These are all strong images but my vote would have to go to Susan - I find the image very sad and powerful - the girl in the foreground sad and dark - the couple in the rear in light and close together.

Must participate in the next round - do we have a tiltle yet?

and mine was the trusty lomo LCA, not used it in ages, heck not even shot a colour film in eons, gave most of it away given fact it is so cheap and easy to do my own B&W,    but now the love affair is back on!

Carl - we have no theme yet, keep them peeled for an announcement in the near future .....

M<ine was taken on my new Horsley Camera Works 5x7 lens assisted pinhole (lens ontional).  I've been waiting for some film to come so I can really get into this camera (and it's so big, that I might be able to ACTUALLY REALLY get into it) - initial results are very promising.

Great work everyone! A really excellent gallery!

Looking through my outbox, I think my entry went to an invalid address!  ::) Will try and get my act together in future!

Beck, I've switched between the two of them a few times now and can't really see any major differences. They're both strong and brooding (natch), but not much - if anything - to choose between the two.

Frank: Welcome to Collab #2. Glad to have you along...even if you did almost get lost for a while back there.

Great work! I was impressed with the different interpretations.

I had big ideas. They didn't work!

Hey Dave, I had no ideas....so I did some retro-fitting around a recent photo. Anyone who says otherwise about theirs is someone who has way more time in their life for photography than I have and is - as such - someone I very much envy.

Oddly, Edward, the print itself looked like crap and the negative scan made it easier to manipulate, full frame...go figure.
