99¢ Pizza

An iconic slice of New York City, the 99¢ Pizza (2 slices and a soda for $2.99). These were all taken in Manhattan, from midtown to a strip on 6th Ave above 25th, to the East Village and the LES.

The red rule of photography meets the red rule of advertising.  I really enjoyed this Peter, it reminds me of New York in the 1970’s when I used to visit family there, before Times Square went from XXX to Disney.

The next to last fifth pic was shot at a 2 bros on 9th Ave. They tend to look a bit too upscale for what I'm going after. But the pizza's good!

Love this they depict a outsiders stereotypical view of the NY streets as we see in the movies.
I have to say in the 4th pic he is hopeful with such a large tips pot though.
