For whatever reason, I never envisioned the little men in my head wearing hats.
Any man who can see what he wants to get on film will usually find some way to get it;
and a man who thinks his equipment is going to see for him is not going to get much of anything.

Mine only wear hats when I do.

I thought it went more along the lines of little gremlins painting what they saw (at a frenetic pace), as in "Moving Pictures" by Terry Pratchett.

Nice one!
Would love to have it framed, any idea where it originates from?

Nope, sorry.  Just one of those things passed around on tumblr.

Just do a reverse image search on Google.

But at least I learned something: you can open the back on a Leica... somehow.
The lens looks an awful lot like an Elmar.

For whatever reason, I never envisioned the little men in my head wearing hats.

I am pretty impressed they are not smoking! I thought all little-brain-workers from that era smoked.

I love that pic. But those that know me know I have a soft spot for cuttaways.

I miss those future days of yore when we all had boat-cars and an airplane in the driveway.

Ooh! An amphicar!
You gotta love these. Bad on the road, worse in the water.
And if the bilge pump fails, the car sinks like a rock...
