Dual Convex Single Element on a Speed Graphic
« on: August 27, 2014, 06:07:06 PM »
I taped a 75mm dual convex lens element on to a foam core lensboard and strapped it onto a Speed Graphic. The Focal Length is about 300mm, and the f-stop is about f4. Shutter speeds are approximate as the focal plane shutter on this early Speed Graphic has not been tested. Lots of fun!

I did something similar, but used both rolleinar close up lens back to back across a 3mm aperture. Made an amazingly sharp contact print on 4x5.
