Cool camera shop in Tokyo

For most of us, jumping on a plane anywhere is still some time off. But I just came across this and thought I'd tell anyFW lucky enough to be going to Tokyo about a camera store which is likely to lift the soul and empty the wallet simultaneously. www.kitamuracamera.jp And there is more here https://casualphotophile.com/2020/08/03/kitamura-camera-destination-for-photographers/

Looks like a browser's paradise, but everything appears pristine... Not the sort of place you could stumble upon a bargain... Still, I reckon i could while away a couple of days there...

I must be getting old. Sure, if walking by I’d step in, but my GAS has just died. Get much more a kick out of making photographic contraptions at home. Been a bit too warm to hold up in the darkroom (a windowless laundry room) of late but always have plenty of projects going, especially in stay at home time.

I’ll have to check that out the next time I am wandering the streets of Shinjuku.  Not sure when that’ll be though.  😢
