For the first time NBC's Today Show did a piece entirely with still photos (no video), to report on the resurgence of film photography. They even go to Penumbra Foundation to take a stab at wet plate:

Interesting piece. Encouraging to see something like that reaching the mainstream.

Live TV does not lend itself well to sitting completely still for a tintype, however.
